Those Oklahoma Republicans - they're wacky! The entirety is available here (PDF Download). The file is named "2009_platform", the document is also the 2009 Tulsa County Republican Convention Statement of Principles, but the PDF title is 2004 Tulsa County Republican Platform. Shrug. Anyway...there's a lot of horrendous misinformation in there, especially in the Education section, but much attention was drawn to this (see page 5 of 8):
Cue the rhetorical, "Are they really that stupid?" chorus.

For the Nth -ing time: NOBODY has challenged that the scientific evidence supporting Biblical creation shouldn't be taught. The problem is creationists haven't yet produced any scientific evidence that supports Biblical creation. Instead they focus their efforts on manufacturing controversy where none really exists while attempting to redefine scientific standards of evidence to suit their own needs. That is when they're not out-right lying to people while turning deaf ears to the crying baby Jesus.
4. While the objective study of
philosophy and religion can be
beneficial, public schools should not
be endorsing any specific religion or
philosophy. We believe that students
and teachers should enjoy the right of
free exercise of religion.
5. We support posting the Ten
Commandments and our Nation's
motto, "In God We Trust," in all
public schools in recognition of our
religious heritage. U.S. citizens. We support teaching the
intent of our founding fathers, the
original founding documents, and the
difference between a democracy and a
republic.
Cue the rhetorical, "Are they really that stupid?" chorus.
