That's three Sears shopping trips now with a positive experience. The locked cabinets of sockets, extensions, and other fiddly hardware bits were unlocked so no need to find someone with the key, and even with just one person in front of me at a register another random employee wandering the floor zipped in, checked me out, then dashed off to do other things. Took far longer to actually find the 1/2" drive 17mm 6pt socket and shorty drive extension I needed than to pay and leave.
